Elizabeth Ethridge McGann
Founder & Principal
Elizabeth Ethridge McGann is the founder of the boutique marketing and PR company, Ethridge McGann Group. With two decades of in-house experience directing marketing for both interior design firms and home furnishing brands, Elizabeth has earned a reputation for branding, marketing, and PR that helps luxury design companies to tell their stories and reach their goals.
INTERIOR DESIGN BACKGROUND
In her early career in the New York City magazine world, Elizabeth honed a sophisticated communication style that is a defining marker of the Ethridge McGann Group brand. Elizabeth’s passion for interior design was first cultivated when she worked in-house for Rinfret, Ltd. (now a client), doing interior design and marketing, which resulted in national cover stories and awards.
PR BACKGROUND
Elizabeth has in-house brand experience from her role as Director of Marketing at Lillian August, where she created celebrity design events and custom publications and marketed a myriad of retail locations, as well as a large design team. From there, Sherrill Furniture hired Elizabeth as the publicist for the global furniture brand, Lillian August for Hickory White.
TODAY
In 2016, Elizabeth founded Ethridge McGann Group with the mission to offer the highest level of PR services with a non-traditional approach that is unique to each client. Based in scenic York, Maine, and with clients all over the country, Elizabeth is a sought-after expert and speaker, enthusiastically sharing her passion for the design community, and especially her growing roster of clients.

Each semester and summer an impressive group of student interns from the University of New Hampshire join the Ethridge McGann Group team. Ethridge McGann Group has had an ongoing Internship Program with the University of New Hampshire since 2016.
